Princes Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) is a prestigious and largest Women’s University in the world which is established at 800 ha (8 million m2) area. Also has Single Student Housing (22 buildings) with 6244 rooms for the residential students Utility area has many infrastructural facilities like Chiller and Boiler plants, Sewage treatment and Generator plants, Data Centre, Administrative and Engineering building, Solid waste transfer station, workshop, Petrol station, Warehouse, etc. Metro trains run through 14 km guide way which connects all the locations (Academic colleges, hospital, administrative Buildings, schools, students and faculty housings) is one of the greatest achievement in the world. Besides, it has highly architectural landscaping (soft and hard) with palm and ornamental trees, shrubs, groundcovers and lawns). All the buildings in the PNU are highly sensitive and the priority is given for pest free environment.
